Because SummariesSA products are digital, refunds are not provided as a standard practice once access has been granted.

1) Subscriptions (cancellations and refunds)

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account (or by contacting us). If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after cancellation. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, unless required by law or in special circumstances (for example, a faulty or misrepresented service).

2) Digital products (no returns)

All products sold on summariessa.co.za are digital. For this reason, products cannot be returned and refunds are not provided as a standard practice.

3) Swaps (wrong item purchased)

If you purchased the incorrect product, we are happy to assist with a product swap. Swaps are only for incorrect items purchased (e.g., wrong grade/subject).
